Job Summary
LPN on Medical Telemetry unit (7W) at Mercy Hospital South, Part-Time Nights (24 hours/week, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision of licensed personnel; coordinate care with other departments. Telemetry monitoring for adult patients with diagnoses including cellulitis, pneumonia, UTIs, chest pain, COPD exacerbations, and stable COVID patients. Excellent environment to strengthen assessment skills and grow within Med Surg/Telemetry; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition support, and retirement plans. Requires LPN license in Missouri and LPN-IV certification (completed prior to hire or within 3 months). New graduates welcome. Potential sign-on bonus up to $2,000 for part-time and full-time caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri
- LPN-IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months
