LPN Medical Service Coordinator

Lead the clinical team in patient care coordination and daily operational oversight within the Hertford County Jail. Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency for the unit to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate patient records, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with physicians and other staff to address immediate clinical needs. Provide direct patient support while supervising LPN activities and ensuring compliance with facility protocols. Work a 3/4 10-hour day shift rotation and EVO weekend schedule.
