Job Summary
LPN Medication Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living administers medications and provides resident care in a safe, organized manner. Responsibilities include medication administration, documenting in the electronic health record, reviewing updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse, applying the Six Rights of Medication Pass, maintaining the medication cart and room, collaborating with RCD/Wellness Nurse, and participating in team activities such as Cross Over meetings and ISP development to promote resident safety and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- In states/provinces where appropriate, must maintain certifications
- CPR and First Aid
- Must be at least 18 years of age
