LPN Medication Care Manager administers medications and treatments to residents in a Sunrise Senior Living community, maintains accurate electronic health records and medication documentation, conducts medication passes following the Six Rights, counts narcotics per shift with a supervisor, keeps the Medication Room and carts organized, and supports resident care through collaborative team-based activities and adherence to Sunrise policies. The role requires an LPN/LVN credential (and CPR/First Aid as applicable), ongoing training, and a commitment to safety, confidentiality, and high-quality care for seniors.
