Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care as an LPN on the Medical-Surgical unit during night shifts under RN supervision. Administer medications and injections, conduct focused patient assessments, document care and interventions, assist with activities of daily living, educate patients/families, participate in care planning, and respond to medical emergencies. Maintain infection control practices, support the care team, and contribute to positive patient outcomes within regulatory standards. Licensure as an LPN (state licensure) and BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred and STABLE within 6 months in Mississippi. Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license required (state licensure)
- BCLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Mississippi-specific ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications required; STABLE within 6 months of employment
- Immigration/work authorization: must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
