Job Summary
Direct patient care as an LPN in Med/Surg under RN direction, performing prescribed nursing duties, utilizing the Nursing Process for data gathering, planning, and evaluation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Provides care including IV therapy, maintains patient safety and privacy, and adheres to regulatory requirements. Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates; duties include supervising and coordinating with ancillary staff and contributing to high-quality patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN License in the state of practice
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
