LPN Med Surg

Assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care while maintaining accurate documentation. Interview patients to record medical history, obtain and document vital signs, and report abnormal findings promptly. Administer treatments and medications within scope of practice, including injections, infusions, blood transfusions, and IV starts. Observe and record patients' conditions and reactions to treatments, and serve as a liaison between physicians and patients to reinforce education. Requires ND licensure, BLS certification, and one year of experience. Located at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, a faith-based nonprofit health system operating across 18 states.
