Job Summary
LPN in Enhanced Care unit supervising Medication Techs and Home Health Aides, coordinating resident health needs with physicians and care providers, overseeing medication orders and charting, ensuring policy/procedure compliance, and supervising staff. Shift options include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am with a 5-on/2-off rotating schedule (every other weekend). Requires lifting, physical stamina, and DOH knowledge; includes orientation and training duties for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed LPN in good standing with the New York State Licensing Authority
- Previous experience in care for seniors preferred
- Case management experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license
