Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while following the Six Rights of Medication Administration. Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time, monitor symptoms for relief, and report refusals or adverse reactions promptly. Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs), transcribe physician orders, and observe physical, emotional, or cognitive changes. Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards to prevent errors and ensure resident safety. Requires an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong assessment skills. Base pay ranges from $31.90 to $42.60.
