Job Summary
Direct patient care as an LPN in a healthcare/long-term care/assisted living setting, including administering medications and wound care; monitor vital signs; assist with feeding, dressing, and mobility; follow individualized care plans; maintain accurate documentation and EMR records; report changes to supervising RNs/physicians; collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff; ensure infection control and safety with PPE; advocate for residents and provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program
- Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
