Provide direct nursing care to residents at Mountainside Residential Care Center in Margaretville, NY, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, coordinate with the IDT, advocate for residents, support medical staff, and collaborate with all departments to plan services and activities.
