LPN/MA Walk-IN; PRN

Take vital signs, obtain medical history, administer medications and immunizations, and perform specimen collection as ordered by the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Mid-wife. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and required logs while ensuring patient confidentiality. Assist with procedures, medication reconciliation, and administrative tasks including scheduling, check-in/out, and verifying demographic and insurance information. Works under direct supervision in an outpatient clinic setting serving patients from newborn to age 105.
