Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders. Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments; collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Build meaningful connections with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery, and participate in rehabilitation goals. Leverage compassionate, individualized care and utilize available tools and technology to support patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
