Job Summary
LPN/LVN opportunity at Encompass Health focused on direct patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Provide care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders, monitor patient conditions and vital signs, collaborate with RNs to report findings and execute care plans, and support patients’ physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
