LPN/LVN - PRN

Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care and supplement the nursing care needs of patients as specified in the plan of care. Complete clinical and progress notes documenting intervention outcomes and assess the patient and family response to care. Ensure timely submission of all documentation and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies. Support patients in learning appropriate self-care techniques while performing other duties as required.
