Job Summary
PRN LPN/LVN opportunity in Truth or Consequences, NM with Ambercare Hospice under Addus HomeCare. Provides direct patient care per the State Nurse Practice Act, executes the plan of care, documents services timely, educates patients and families, coordinates hospice services with the interdisciplinary team, and manages pain/symptom control. Requires current LPN/LVN license, CPR, and a driver's license with insured vehicle; home health or hospice experience preferred (minimum 1 year medical/surgical). Flexible scheduling and meaningful, high-impact care are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program with current license to practice in the state.
