Job Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will provide the highest quality care to residents and their families. Responsibilities include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily rounds, administering medication, monitoring care provided by unlicensed staff, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information. You must have a current licensure to practice, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, and have a basic knowledge of computer use or a willingness to learn.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
