Job Summary
LPN/LVN in inpatient rehabilitation providing direct patient care under physician orders, collaborating with RNs to execute care plans, monitoringVital signs and responses to treatments, building meaningful patient relationships to support recovery, and utilizing specialized rehab equipment and approaches to drive positive outcomes. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR; inpatient medical-surgical experience and rehabilitation exposure preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
