Job Summary
Provide direct LPN/LVN patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, following physician orders and the individualized care plan. Monitor and document patient vitals and responses to treatments; collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to report findings and adjust care plans. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and support patients’ rehabilitation goals, while building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Utilize clinical skills in a technology-enabled environment, participate in tuition reimbursement opportunities and ongoing professional development to support growth within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting experience preferred
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
