Job Summary
LPN/LVN position providing hands-on patient care in home health/hospice setting within Compassus Providence at Home territory; responsibilities include medication management, wound care, and health monitoring; use AI-supported tools to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits; travel to Pico Rivera, Downey, Norwalk, Pomona, Hacienda Heights, La Verne, City of Industry, Azusa, Claremont and surrounding areas; schedule full-time (40 hours/week) with 5 days per week and 1 weekend rotation per month; requires graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program, California LVN license upon hire, infusion/venipuncture certification, BLS within 30 days; valid driver’s license and auto insurance; pay range $33.05-$40.82 per hour with potential differential/benefits; Compassus offers benefits and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire
- Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request
