Job Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily rounds, administering medication, monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a culture of safety. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a current LVN/LPN license.
Required Qualifications
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
