Job Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily rounds to assess physical and emotional health, administering medication, monitoring caregiver activities, and maintaining confidentiality of resident care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a current LVN/LPN license. This role offers competitive wages and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
