Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for pediatric urgent care in Dallas, TX. Provide clinical and administrative support to providers, obtain medical history and vital signs, perform procedures (venipuncture, IV insertion, urinary straight catheterization), administer medications (oral, rectal, IM, IV), and assist the physician with total patient care within the scope of practice under physician supervision. Maintain pediatric pharmacology knowledge, assist with patient care, support quality control in the office and lab, manage supplies and sterilization, ensure confidentiality under HIPAA, participate in continuing education, and help improve urgent care throughput and patient comfort.
