Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN under RN supervision in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Follow the patient’s personalized care plan and physician orders, observe and monitor vital signs, symptoms and responses to treatments, and report findings to Registered Nurses. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and goals, using up-to-date equipment and a collaborative, compassionate care approach. Rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required beyond the stated one year inpatient experience requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year experience in inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting
