Job Summary
Provide direct care to rehabilitation patients as an LPN/LVN under RN supervision, following patient-specific care plans and physician orders. Monitor patients by taking and observing vital signs, noting symptoms and responses to treatments. Report findings and carry out care plans in collaboration with Registered Nurses. Build rewarding relationships with patients by learning about their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Utilize available equipment and technology to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year experience in inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
