Job Summary
Provide direct care to rehabilitation patients as an LPN/LVN under RN supervision, following the patient’s personalized care plan and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, observe patient behaviors, report findings, and carry out therapies and treatments. Build rewarding relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental and emotional needs to aid recovery and progress toward goals. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to implement care plans and ensure high-quality, compassionate, individualized care using up-to-date equipment and technologies. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification; minimum of one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience; rehabilitation experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year experience in inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting
