Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting following individualized care plans and physician orders. Observe and monitor patient conditions (vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments), communicate findings to Registered Nurses, and collaborate to carry out patient care plans. Build rewarding relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and rehabilitation goals. Utilize available equipment and technology to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and contribute to a positive team environment. Eligible candidates will have current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience; rehabilitation experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year experience in inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting
