Job Summary
LPN/LVN providing direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Follow the patient’s personalized care plan and physician orders, monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments, and work closely with Registered Nurses to carry out care plans. Build rewarding relationships with patients by taking time to learn about their physical, mental and emotional needs to support recovery. Utilize available equipment and technology to support outcomes and patient progress. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year experience in inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
