Job Summary
LPN/LVN at Encompass Health for full-time night shift. Provide direct patient care aligned with individualized care plans and physician orders, monitor patient vitals and responses to treatments, and collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and support the patient’s rehabilitation goals. Build meaningful relationships with patients, supporting recovery and well-being while utilizing time-tested skills and compassion. The role emphasizes growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive team environment in a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
