Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN under the direction of Registered Nurses within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Monitor vital signs, observe patient responses to treatments, and report findings to the care team to support personalized care plans and successful patient recoveries. Collaborate closely with RNs to execute physician orders, contribute to patient education and emotional support, and help advance rehabilitation goals. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, ongoing assessment, and participation in a structured growth path with tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. Night shift schedule is available.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
