Job Summary
Provide direct care to patients as part of an inpatient rehabilitation team, following each patient's personalized care plan and physician orders. Observe patient behaviors, monitor vital signs, symptoms and responses to treatments, and report findings to Registered Nurses. Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Utilize available equipment and technology; contribute to a supportive, collaborative work environment with a focus on compassionate care and positive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year experience in inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting
