LPN / LVN

Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments by observing patient behaviors. Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the journey. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting. Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
