LPN / LVN

Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, observe patient behaviors, and collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the journey. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting. Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
