LPN / LVN

Provide direct care to patients by following personalized care plans and physician orders while monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans, ensuring compassionate, individualized support that helps patients achieve rehabilitation goals. Build relationships by learning about each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to celebrate their progress along the journey. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of experience in an inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting, with rehabilitation experience preferred.
