Job Summary
Provide direct patient care by following personalized care plans and physician orders while monitoring vital signs and observing behavioral responses. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans, building relationships to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery goals. Maintain licensure and CPR certification within a one-year experience requirement in an inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year experience in inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting
Desired Qualifications
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
