Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories throughout their journey. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification; one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred, with rehabilitation experience also desired. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
