Job Summary
Provide direct patient care by following personalized care plans and physician orders while monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans, observing patient behaviors to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery goals. Build relationships with patients to help them achieve rehabilitation outcomes and celebrate their progress. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of inpatient medical surgical or general hospital experience, with rehabilitation experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations
- CPR certification
