LPN / LVN

Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments while observing patient behaviors. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the journey. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification; one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred. Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
