Job Summary
Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring for patients while utilizing AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and reduce administrative burden. Deliver hands-on, compassionate care primarily in Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Pinion Hills, Victorville, Adelanto, and surrounding areas. Work Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month. Requires a California Licensed Vocational Nurse license, one year of relevant experience, and Infusion and Venipuncture certification.
Required Qualifications
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire
- Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required upon request
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
- 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients
- Candidate must be local
- Candidate must be willing to travel to Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Pinion Hills, Victorville, Adelanto, and surrounding areas
- Schedule Monday to Friday
- 1 weekend rotation per month
