Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their rehabilitation goals. Celebrate patient victories along the journey. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification; one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred.
