Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders while monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans, cultivating meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their rehabilitation goals. Celebrate patient victories throughout their recovery journey. This role requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of inpatient medical-surgical experience. Full-time employees receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) match. Encompass Health is a national leader in post-acute care with over 150 locations.
