Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders while monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans, cultivating meaningful relationships to support patients through their physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Celebrate patient victories and utilize specialized skills to deliver compassionate, personalized care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification. Full-time or part-time roles available with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification

- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting
