Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories throughout their journey. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience. Preferred rehabilitation experience. Full-time or part-time roles available with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
