Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with physician orders and personalized care plans. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments while collaborating with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery and celebrate patient victories. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification. One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred, with rehabilitation experience also desired. Full-time employees receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
