Required Qualifications
- Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of experience in Acute Care, Home Health, public health nursing, or patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role
- Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving
- Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
