Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN under RN supervision, including monitoring vital signs, observing responses to treatments, and collaborating with Registered Nurses to execute patient care plans. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support rehabilitation goals, document findings, and contribute to personalized care aligned with physician orders. Utilize compassionate, patient-centered approaches and engage with cutting-edge equipment and technology. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting experience is preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is preferred
