Job Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will prioritize resident service by delivering comprehensive nursing care, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily rounds, administering medication, and monitoring resident care. You must maintain confidentiality and promote a safe living environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn computer systems. Current LVN/LPN licensure is required.
Required Qualifications
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
