Job Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will prioritize resident service and ensure families receive high-quality care. Responsibilities include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily rounds, administering medication, monitoring care by unlicensed staff, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates must hold an active LVN/LPN license and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge is required, with additional desirable experience in skilled nursing facilities.
Required Qualifications
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
