Job Summary
Monitor patient health, administer basic care, and implement individualized nursing interventions within the LPN/LVN scope of practice. Collaborate with the team to address patient needs, resolve complaints, and ensure physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental, and cultural requirements are met. Provide safe medication delivery, report status changes to registered nurses and doctors, and maintain accurate documentation of symptoms and progress. Work 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. to deliver nursing care and services adhering to state regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN/LVN license
- CPR certification
- De-escalation/restraint certification
- First aid
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' of nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility
