Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN or provider. Maintain accurate documentation of all care provided. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes. Hold an active LPN license in New Mexico and bring a valid photo ID. Complete the required COVID-19 vaccine or provide documented exemption. Prior experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing is preferred. This part-time contract role at Skies HC and Rehab Center includes an AM shift of 12.5 hours for 11 weeks at $38/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Must bring a state or federal-issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or provide documented religious or medical exemption
